If there are multiple ways to beat the Reapers, what do you think they will be?

There is supposed to be several ways to win against the Reapers.  I'm sure we all have our own ideas on how this can be done.  It includes a lot of Chekhov's Guns.  Here are mine, feel free to add your own.

Chekhov's Gun, the Klendagon Weapon.  The Klendagon Weapon is a gigantic mass accelerator that killed the derelict Reaper in ME2.  This gives us baseline on how much firepower is needed to score a one hit kill on a Reaper.  With the assistance of the other races, it may be possible to build these weapons in orbit around important planets.  Many worlds will still be invaded, but the cost will be hideous, and gradually the Reapers will be worn down.

Deus Ex Machina.  Could take any form, such as unexpected Prothean tech, or finding Reapers that are "dissident".

Chekhov's Gun, the Mass Relays.  You know, it occurs to me that a Mass Relay is a device that can take a large object and propel it to ridiculous high velocities.  While it's currently used as transportation, the right modifications could make it possible to throw things like small planetoids at Reapers.  This tactic would work best in systems with multiple mass relays to use as gigantic cannons.  Omega comes to mind.  A second possibility to modify the relays to fire enormous disruptor bolts.  Currently, Alliance warships use disruptor torpedos to defeat shields on other warships; these torpedos rely on element zero warheads to overload shields.  A mass relay could possibly be modified to fire enormous disruptor torpedos that would flatten Reaper shields, leaving them more vulnerable to attack.  What I absolutely would NOT do is blow relays.  FTL drive makes avoiding a relay explosion fairly simple (as evidenced by the fact that the Reapers weren't all killed in Arrival when the relay went).  Even if you did destroy a Reaper fleet with a relay explosion, it ultimately plays into the Reapers hands.  You do some of their grim work of genocide for them, and you remove the defender's ability to move around and coordinate defenses.

Chekhov's Gun, The Thorian.  The Thorian's spores were able to free Shiala of Reaper indoctrination without destroying her mind.  At the very least, this suggests the possibility of treatments to repel Reaper indoctrination, thus depriving them of agents.  Furthermore, it might also be true that the same mechanism that indoctrinates organics is also part of a vital life process to the Reapers themselves; it might even give direction to the many programs that make up a Reaper.  This suggests the possibility of developing a biological WMD.  Biological agents don't spread through vacuum, so it's not as if you could infect one Reaper and have it spread to the others, however.  Fleet action to deploy the weapon would be required.  It would, however, spread more easily among Reapers grounded on planets.

Nuke It From Orbit, It's The Only Way To Be Sure.  Grounded Reapers are likely more vulnerable than Reapers in flight.  A surprise attack by a fleet might be able to kill grounded Reapers with an orbital bombardment.  This necessarily means massive collateral damage, however.

Chekhov's Gun, The Geth Dyson Sphere.  Dyson Spheres are built around stars.  Stop and consider for a moment how powerful of a weapon you could operate with the power of an entire star at your command.

Conventional Arms.  Exactly what it says.  Round up the biggest trainload of whoopass in all galactic history, and let the Reapers have it.

The geth and the Quarians can both reprogram the reapers. (and have something of a fleet)

The turians an the krogan both have massive fleets that can perform orbital bombardements

The Torian and Salarians both have info on prothean technology that could be used as a weapon.

The Asari and rachni both have found out potential cures for Indoctrination (and have something of a fleet)

The batarians and many private armies are pissed off (and have something of a fleet)

With the help of EDI, infiltrate and capture some of the Reaper dreadnought sized ships and turn their own weapons against the other Reapers.

Kamikaze runs.

Board Reapers and plant nukes

Pray to God

Yes, the galactic community doesn't trust krogans with ships, above Tuchanka are space stations with 6000 turians or other peacekeepers who regulary check incoming ships to Tuchanka for materials that could be used to construct a fleet, which is illegal, if discovered your penalty is "Death by spacing", which indicates the peacekeepers is kinda Judge Dredd and doesn't even need to give you a fair trial.

The last krogan shipyards was destroyed by Spectres in the Krogan rebellions.

I predict four general means:

-The Scorched Earth: the Reapers will be beaten by sacrificing Earth in some form or fashion. Destruction of a relay would be a (situational) possibility. Earth is destroyed, Humanity is the new Migrant Fleet. A possible necessity for players who, by virtue of prior choices, don't have the forces to outright take Earth. Humanity, moved from billions to millions, is the new Quaarian species... whether respected and revered (Paragon route) or reviled and persecuted (Renegade).

-The Liberation Invasion: The recapture of Earth in a decisive battle, a battle won primarily on the size of the non-Reaper forces. Humanity may or may not survive as a power of varying degrees, depending on who makes up this coalition, and what choices have been made in the past. (Renegade players may wish to avoid relying upon the Council races!)

-The Devil's Dog Gambit: The Illusive Man reveals his plan to Shepard. An intricate, desperate, magnificent betrayal of the Reapers, all according to plan... albeit, likely at severe cost to the alien reinforcements, as TIM's plans revolve around sacrificing Shepard's allies for Human benefit. The Alliance loses least, and emerges still a strong power even as many others are crippled. The perfect manipulating of events for those who want Humanity to remain on top, and to let their rivals be removed.

-The Negotiation: Shepard learns what the Reapers want, and why, and after a big battle is able to force the Reapers to voluntarily withdraw or else. This is a temporary victory: the Reapers are still out there, still plotting, and few doubt they will make their attempt again. But the galaxy now knows them, can prepare, and will no longer be at threat of being blitzed into extinction.
