Firstly, she pushed to implant Shep with devices so Cerberus could control his actions/decisions and then during her romance scene she chooses the engineering deck right where Tali works. Renegade or not, like Tali or not thats kind of a cold hearted choice is it not? Poor Tali.
Plus, she has a butter face.
Miranda is a horrible LI.

and if you don't remember she says something like this to your ear 'I've clear the engine room Comander, Be there in 5 minutes'
so it's not like Tali is there or something and i am pretty sure that She being the XO and Shepard the CO they can lock the engeniring deck, and also no one can see you through the windows (well maybe if they really try to like sticking their faces onto the window
