1. Suicide Mission (ME2); It was so lovely, I actually watched the credits roll and didn't skip them, just to hear it.

2. Crash Landing, I think it's called?  The one where EDi mentions kinetic barriers... (ME2)

3. Normandy Reborn (ME2)

4. From the Wreckage (ME1)

I think it's likely that we'll have an all-new soundtrack, but just for the record, the songs above are my favorite.

I would like to add that I don't like the ME1 menu music, "Vigil", at all. Sounds depressing to me.

I am sure we will hear variations of it but I am really hoping they use Sovereign's theme from ME 1. That seems to be the reaper theme. Exception being when we encounter Harbinger he should use the theme they used in ME 2 when the collector ship showed up and took the Normandy's crew.

What music? No, seriously...

Hear me out: most of the time I don't notice the music in Mass Effect 2. The only music I remember clearly hearing is in the Omega clubs.

Also, the kind of music they generally play isn't my kind of music.


So, instead of music we already supposedly have, I'd love it if they had some electric guitar tracks.

Perhaps if ME was an action series I wouldn't mind, but an electic guitar would sound out of place in a sci-fi epic such as Mass Effect.

Pretty sure everyone can agree that the vigil theme must make a return.

I would also like the Mass Effect theme to make an appearence, and it should, considering it is the theme of Mass Effect.

The End Run. Nothing gets the blood racing like that track, at least for me.

ETA The only NIN song that belongs in Mass Effect is Just Like You Imagined.

Perfect end to a perfect game, I say.  

Seriously, though, Vigil, or a variation of it, needs to have a place in there somewhere.  And of course, the main theme, however Mansell would like to work it in, but I'm guessing that's going to be a given.

I'd also love to hear the Normandy reborn theme, and Mass Effect main theme.

I'm torn between the main theme or the music that plays when you're hanging around in the wards. Yes, the wards. Both are from ME 1.

But the full track of the wards, the second half of which doesn't seem to feature in the game, is rather interesting.
