I really like the love theme from ME1, more than the the one in ME2 - I'd like it if the first one made an appearance again, though I wouldn't be surprised if they composed an entirely new one again for ME3

 Since the first words of this title are One piece I only think about the anime/manga One Piece, and from that I get one of my favorite soundtrack pieces One Piece, Overtaken

Am I the only one who thinks that "Uncharted Worlds" would make an excellent intro/credits/outro theme? It's the one piece that has not been (relatively speaking) changed, and I saw it's credits-theme potential after hearing it for the first time on ME1's official soundtrack.

EDIT:
- The project combat theme (not sure when, but they should play it for a single battle)
-The Illusive Man theme (during a dialogue involving/ mentioning Cerberus/ TIM)

M4 part 1 isn't really good for an end credits song. It's very, very slow. It's the same four notes for the majority of the nine minute song.

I really liked the Ilos battle music but doubt the synth strings would make a reappearance to ME3.

Other themes I'd like to see are the spectre induction and the "main" theme that plays when first aboard the Normandy on both games. I also loved the theme that plays during the biotic field sequence on the suicide mission. I don't believe that has a track on the OST.

Vigil music, without a doubt. I used to sit and listen to the music when I started up the original Mass Effect. It blew me away. I use the citadel music in my cabin's quarters in ME2. But the Vigil music is just.. too amazing to not be included. As many many many other posters before me have posted.

I really liked "Combat Troops", from the Overlord DLC, "Vasir Combat" from the LotSB DLC, but most importantly, I LOVE "Death From Above" and "Making Our Escape" from the Kasumi DLC. I'd love to see these return, and not just as jukebox themes.

And I'd really like to see the theme that plays on the afterlife club on Omega, "Callista".

Themes that are a given for me, however:
Main theme bit that's in ME1 and ME2, Vigil Theme, Normandy Reborn, the map theme, the theme that plays while in the Normandy in ME1 and the Reaper theme.
