Also, just because someone has dated, or ever been in a long-term relationship, doesn't mean they still can't come out of the closet :/
#1. Bisexual men are not suppoused to be interested in women
#2. Dating Miranda Lawson turns you 100% straight
#3. Having a child makes you 100% straight, as we know bisexual and gay people are infertile
I giggled.

Wait!
I noticed something, it's essentially "Female characters can be bi, but males can't!" I mean look at all the reasoning.
That is because the only characters in the series so far who professed an interest in both sexes were female. Usually Asari, but Jack mentions that she used to share a bed two other pirates, one male and one female.

Because to those people Mass Effect is a dating simulator with some stupid story thrown in. Continuity or character integrity means nothing to them. While they're at it Bioware should make everyone a biotic too. Garrus, Tali, Ashley, Mordin, etc. all biotics.

why are people posting here flag this topic as spam for beating the dead horse and move on this discussion has been had.
Because whinning and constantly beating the dead horse that is all bi romances is what finally got m/m romances put into the game. People want to be heard and they are going to keep screaming at the top of their lungs until Bioware realizes their decision is or will interfere with their future enjoyment of the game, just like the people who wanted bi romances screamed and shouted to have gay romances.

So all the people who keep whining and screaming at the top of their lungs about how horrible DA2 was compared to DA:O should shut up as well, right? Or how about all the people who keep whining and screaming at the top of their lungs about preserving continuity and role-playing elements?
No offense, but I think your argument is invalid.

Of course mainly for character consistency most people say leave past LI as they were portrayed and not make them s/s options
many ant-s/s supporter say they're fine with new characters being s/s options just not willing to deal with major retconing of their past LIs into the s/s club.

Just because someone was/is in a hetro relationship does not mean they can't be bi or gay for that matter. Many people don't want to acknowledge it until later in their life because they are either ashamed themselves or too scared to act on their true feelings. I would say the same could be said about certain ME characters.
@mrsph---Liara is not a lesbian. I really wish people would stop saying that. If confronted by her and Kaidan in ME, and you choose Liara, Kaidan makes a comment that he didn't know Shepard was into other women. Liara then comments that she isn't exactly a woman. Which means she is not a lesbian. Male/Female have no real meaning for asari. Liara also says that in ME.
Flawed logic is flawed, would a straight female shepard date Liara?
