At first let me say that I have read every single FAQ I could find, but
nothing ever helped me. None of my characters will show up online,
whereas my achievements are working just fine.
Whenever I try to
upload a screenshot I get: "Unable to access your online profile. The
account information provided may be invalid." Well, it is not. Or at
least it shouldn't be.

And why do I have a Player Data Profile for PS3? I have never had DA:O for anything but my PC... Something is definitely weird there and I don't get it.

I am also confused with that EA-Profile
stuff. Those standard Personas... What has to show up there? I have only
something for DA2, my PS3 Profile and a master account. Mustn't there
be something about Dragon Age Origins as well? I am really confused and a
bit annoyed because I spent the last two hours chatting with some EA
supporter who hasn't really helped me. Just told me everything is fine
as long it works. When I told him it doesn't, He just said that there is
something for Dragon Age... I guess he hasn't even realized it was DA2.
So I am a bit angry now.

When I play a game that I love as much
as Dragon Age I really want it to do everything it should be doing. I
would love to have that online Journal... There must be a way to get it
to work, right? So please, could someone make me happy and help?

I have been there, I have read every thread that may have something to do with my problem. But nothing's worked. Or do you just mean I placed my post in the wrong part of the Forum? My problem is not just about the site, so I thought It'll be better to place it here, but if I am wrong I'll delete and put elsewhere.

I think that's what she means.

I've never seen your problem before, so all I can say is that you should post in the other forum if you haven't already and keep your fingers crossed. You could also try contacting EA. As we're told so many times, official support for DA is from EA. Of course, you've got as much chance of help there as you have of winning a tenner in the lottery. Some. But not a lot.

Yes, I had to learn that just yesterday when I wasted two damned hours talking to someone who never seemed to get what I mean. "If everything important is working, why bother?" Well, if I register my game to gain access to every feature, then I want every little detail working. Is that really so hard to understand? ;_;

I thought I just try to aks aroung before my head really explodes from all those strange EA-Supporters. But I guess I have to try my luck again...

Is there anyway to transfer this topic to the other part of the froum for me? Or do I have to delete and post it again? I'll be gald if you could tell me that :)

Unless a moderator "moved" it for you, no.

Alternatively, Copy/Paste your original text into a new thread in that forum and let this one die off naturally.

That was what I meant. You are more likely to find the answers to your problems there. Apparently there are a number of FAQs in there with extensive trouble-shooting. Good luck!

Thank you. I have created a new thread there.

Well, I have read every little FAQ I could find and tried everything. I really did, but nothing has worked so far. And after that frustrating EA-incident yesterday, I thought It couldn't hurt to ask around a little in here.

Be sure that your BSN account and the master EA account are both registered to the same email address for log-in. That was the problem I had, and after an hour chatting with an EA rep., we solved it. EA created a new master account for me and the result was that I can now successfully log into both DA:O and DA 2 games and the servers.

I talked to the EA-Supporter about my EA-Account as well, but he didn't solve anything. He created a new EA-ID for me that I can now choose as one of my Personas. The other two displayed in that field are DA 2 and one for PSN. I registered everything with the same e-mail address.
I was a bit confused because I couldn't see a Persona for my DA:O, so I asked about that, too. I was thinking there would be one for every game I have registered. I still don't know if that's the case or not. He wasn't explaining, just telling me he could see one for DA... But I think he referred to the DA 2 one...

Could you give me some more information about those personas and what you did with that Master Account? I don't even know exactly why he created that EA-ID.

All I really know is that the games you have registered here (on BSN) and the EA Master account all have to have the same email address, and I think, the same password.

Because of a recent hack on the servers, several passwords were changed, or recommendations to change them were sent out to various BSN members.

What worked for me was having the MEA account changed to mirror my BSN account, and everything was fine. This doesn't necessarily mean that your trouble is the same; I was simply offering out what worked for me.
