I'm referring to the scenes that you can't forget, the ones the creep up in your thoughts every now and the little while. Mine would be the face-melting scene in the first Indiana Jones movie. Oddly enough, the ghosts are the ones that scared me the most. I actually closed my eyes as soon as Indy did.

The Oompa Loompas scared me. I think it was the singing. Their was something oddly disturbing about their deep voice and the fact that they didn't speak unless they were singing.

Any scene in Return to Oz was pretty damn scary.

ET.

Yeah, you heard me right. Children's movie? Horse apples. That little guy scared the living hell out of me when I was a child. Took me years to stop having nightmares where he'd chase me around. The scene where Elliot encounters ET in the cornfield kept me awake for nights.

More recently? Ju-On. Only horror film where I wasn't able to sleep after watching it.

Mufasa's death from Lion King.

Horrors are boring. At least today horrors. Loot of blood, meat and stuff. Just like horror games. They are poor, stupid and not scary. One of the best horrors i ever played: Amnesia: The dark descent.

Have you played STALKER? If you can make it through Lab X18 without a minor heart attack, well, you are stronger willed than I ;)

The scene in Poltergeist where the dude peels off his face. Made me paranoid about any facial cuts and mirrors for days afterward.
