I kinda want to watch The Human Centipede but I just can't....
I had some family visiting for the holidays. We were bored and somebody said, let's see what's on Netflix...
2 hours later we were all completely traumatized and wishing we could "un-see" what we just saw
/BTW to establish a frame of reference for how disturbing Human Centipede is, I have always loved horror movies and I have an extremely high tolerance level for gore and terror. Some of my all-time favorite movies are
- The Shining
- Psycho
- Rosemary's Baby
- The Others
- The Hunger
- The Hidden
- The Exorcist
- Alien
- The Thing
- A Clockwork Orange
- Misery
- Carrie
- Dario Argento movies
- Phantasm

But seriously, I don't watch horror movies that much, but the scene from Alien when the guy is in the vents was fvcking terrifying. I used to think that scratching of vent fans in my house was a xenomorph after that.
That is my favorite movie of all time. I've seen it 30 times if I've seen it once. And that scene still unnerves me.

Guy's a mad man, that track he used in the begining, that low pulsing hum, was specifically chosen because it causes nausea in some people.

"Xtro". The scene where the alien gestates inside the woman and claws his way out of her body in about 2 minutes as a grown man (gruesomely mutilating her in the process) and the scene where the 6-foot GI Joe doll comes to life and bayonets and shoots the old woman, and her blood sprays all over her box of bonbons in extreme closeup. And the 4-legged alien with backwards knees. Seriously, this movie is more messed up than "Eraserhead".

The scene where the poor man is hit in the face with a bottle...
And
Ransom
Almost the last scene... too much blood to take in for me...

That's a good scene too. You saw it when you were six? Where were your parents? 0.oBoiny Bunny wrote...
Hmm...probably the scene where the alien bursts out of Kane's chest in the first Alien movie...I saw it when I was about 6 years old...

Most emotional Holocaust movie BY FAR. Especially when they burn the bodies...you really begin to understand what it was like.

Also when those women are in the shower completely terrified, and then they actually just turn on the shower.
Also the scenes with the girl in the red dress sent a shiver down my spine. Very effective.

One of the most traumatic parts for me was seeing the little girl's red coat in the pile

Adding it now. My queue is like 100 strong though. Oh good, it's on instant watch, is it ****ed up like Irrevirsible? If so I'll bring the girl over and watch it with her. It will be hilarious.
