The Anti Christ was pretty, disturbing, not Irreversible level. Like that, well I can't really describe it with out getting graphic. Blood comes out of a place where blood shouldn't come out of.

And of course the Chaos Reigns part.

In old boy where he starts pulling teeth. I can't find the scene on youtube.

You didn't find the ending 1,000,000 times more disturbing?

I saw that movie at a midnight screening at a film festival and I had absolutely no idea what it was about, and was totally shocked by the ending

For me, Oldboy's ending was just "chin-in-hands-huge-grin-on-face WHAT A TWEEEEST because-i-eat-batman-gambits-the-****-up-this-is-the-best-movie-ever". The teeth part was way worse.

When the alien bursts out of the colonists chest in Aliens for me. I was like 10 and just walking through the living room to get a drink from the kitchen when my dad was watching it on HBO. I had nightmares for ages after that.

Another that still freaks me out is the original Japanese film that 'the Grudge' was made off *shudders*

I still can't go up into my attic.  Very literally can't.  Just because of that movie. ("Ju-On")
Agree that it's creepy.  I've seen it four times, and it still makes me jump.

One missed call/Don't pick up the cell phone was another that terrified me.

I see someone mentioned the rape scene from a Clockwork Orange, when I first saw this thread that was what came to mind straight away. I saw the film almost 20 years ago and I haven't been able to watch it since (even though I love Kubricks other films).

What about Saving Private Ryan? I'm quite desensitized by video games, but even I got sick while watching the D-day scene.

Aha that's the name! I was struggling to remember it, thank you that would have bugged me all day. I hate flickering fluro lights because of that and many other horror films. Even if it's the only one flickering in a well lit room it still sends a shiver down my spine.

You can watch the whole thing for free on YouTube.
And to me, the woman crawling down the stairs and the bloody zombie schoolgirl limping up the stairs always give me the shivers.

Irreverisble had me starring at the celling for a good fifteen minutes just trying to processes it. Anti Christ only lasted about five.

It's kind of brutal. That ten minute scene is really hard to get through.

Only way I can sum the movie up is that it succeeds quite well in what it tries to do, but you may not like it because of that.

I don't have Netflix.  I'm too addicted to message boards to watch movies anymore.

Ugh, I always remember the scene in Doomsday where the crazy post apocalyptic people burn a guy alive and then tear him up and eat him... *shudders*
