The only problem I have with Shepard making the call about the Council being saved and this view that Shepard is a tratior to humans is this...Hackett actually is the one that gave the order on Shepard's advice. Admirals outrank Commanders. If Hackett thought it was a bad idea to save the Destiny Ascension, then he would not have given the order to save the asari dreadnought. If humans want to be part of the galaxy, they have to work with other species. If they don't they will always be at war and will actually go down in flames after a while.

I like it, what I would like more is that some of your squad members (aliens better) after hearing the trial they just start to yell to the judges because of their injust blames against shepard, they tell them what shepard has been doing and the judges respond with racist comments towards them. I would like that, but, I dont know which of them stays with shepard for the trial itself.

Like the red necks of space coming out.

My Shepard is a space red neck (Colonist) and frowns at your comment. Me too being a real life one.<_<

Some people don't realize that us rednecks have the interwebs too, these days.

Red Neck is a slang/deragatory term used to describe people in the southern United States. The stereotype is that red necks are ignorant, poor, racists, sexist, homophobic, God fearing and rather foul. Trailer park is optional.

The term Red Neck is derived from farm field workers from way back when who would tie red bandanas around their necks to prevent sunburns. Or maybe it was from a organized protest way back when where the protesters all wore red bandanas around their necks. I don't remember.

I like it. Pro-human crowds would be a nice touch.

Yeah would definitely add some nice touch with Terra Firma rooting either for you or for your execution.

Before you continue yes it is one of those "Paragon's facing consequences" thread, but one without any self-entitlement #*@$%ing

One thing about ME2 that really did make sense was some of the "Anti-Human" movement that started to develop on the Citadel. If you let the council die you hear that there has been riots, and the Turian Store Owner and Asari who needed a passport were both racist. I wouldn't mind if something similar to that occur during Shepards (brief) stay on earth at the beginning of the game if saved the Council. Several Human ships were destroyed if you saved the council, so I think it would be a nice touch if some of the Earth humans (or Alliance Brass) treat Shep as a traitor to his race.

Sounds cool to me.

It would make sense. The Terra Firma party you ran into in ME1 won't forget the first human Specter turned down support.

So, I support this. :D
