I've now contacted EA twice about the issue with the ATI 3870 and the crashes that happen when loading a saved game, an issue that appears to be fairly widespread judging from the forum here.
Both times the tech had exactly zero knowledge about the issue despite all of the threads and comments here about it.
Both times they told me to run as an admin account after I had already told them I was.
Both times they eventually did the easy way out and told me they would escalate it and that somone would contact me.
Neither time has anyone contacted me but it's only been a week (I'm sure that couldn't possibly be enough time) since the first contact and earlier today for the second time.
I have been unable to play since the first/second day after release.
I haven't even seen Bioware or EA acknowledge the issue.
EA support is worthless, can BIOWARE rise to the occasion?
