If it's one of the items you do not have to download, then just start the game and log in with your account here, if it's s DL pack, try DLing it again and make sure you are the admin on the computer.

Run it on an admin account, not as admin. I realize it should work either way, but Windows can be remarkably picky about that sort of thing.

Have you tried to disable the User Account Control that is present in Windows Vista/Windows 7? This can occasionally cause a conflict with the installation of some DLC.
Here is an FAQ on the steps to do this: http://support.ea.co...etail/a_id/380/
Also, what anti-virus program are you running, and have you attempted the install with your anti-virus/firewall disabled?
To ensure you have a fresh copy of the file, clean out your Temp folder by pressing the Windows key and the letter r. In the Runbox that appears, type %TEMP%. Select all and delete. Then clear out your browser cache, temp files and cookies. Then, login to http://social.bioware.com, go to Profile and then Your Registered Game Content and press More Info-PC next to the pack you want to download. Let it download and then run the installation program.
Please let me know if you still have further issues after trying these steps.

Thanks for the feedback.
You mentioned you ran it as administrator. There have been instances where the default administrator login for Windows may have some issues. I would recommend creating a second Windows login as a second Administrator account. Try to install the pack from the second administrator account and please let me know if this works.

Just curious, since I haven't used Vista in a long time: can you right-click on the installer and get the "Troubleshoot Compatibility" option? You can in Windows 7. If you can, pick that from the right-click menu, and launch the installer from there. I've noticed that Windows will automatically set the installer to run in Windows XP SP2 compatibility mode, and will run it as administrator.
If not, can you tell me what the default permissions are on the installer? (Right-click on the installer, choose "Properties," and then click on the "Security" tab.) The "Administrators" group for your PC should have "Full Control."

That's really weird. Have you tried re-downloading the installer? It sounds like something went wrong and your download might be corrupted. What folder did you download it to? If you have any other installable programs in that folder, do you get the same dialog when you right-click?
Try re-downloading it to a different folder first, and then seeing if you get the standard right-click menu options. Say, if you downloaded it to your Downloads folder, try your desktop instead.

I would recommending clearing out your browser cache, temp files and cookies before attempting to redownload it. You may also want to clear out your Windows Temp folder. To do this:
Hold the Windows key and press r.
In the box that appears, type %TEMP% and press enter. Click on a file in the folder that opens and hold Ctrl and press a. This will select all. Now, hold Shift and press Delete. This will permanently delete all your temp files.
You may also try a different browser if you continue having issues with a corrupt download.

That's provided there's a second browser on your computer. Downloading a second browser to download the DLC could turn into the same problem, if we can't be sure that there isn't a permissions problem with the folder where the downloads are saved by default. The more I think about it, the more it sounds like an improper permissions issue.

It sounds as if your operating system and/or browser are the issue, not the game.
