Suppose Shepard has a child with Williams / Liara. He doesn't know but the extranet does. The child would be either linked with him genetically or on some census.

Since the extranet knows so do all the adds on the citadel. Have you planned adequately for your child's College? Does your asari daughter need a biotic amp? Pre-enroll your child in Alliance feeder programs (Space Cadets?). Powerful people have powerful enemies, does your child need a Krogan bodyguard?

Pretty sure Mshep doesn't have a secret kid...

Of course not, Kansas turned into a Christian nation, which it was not like that when I was growning up, but then maybe it was the area where I lived Douglas/Johnson counties.  They allowed 14-year-olds to marry with parents permission.
