Hi to all!

1) Excuse me, but my english is not perfect. I try to explain for you my problem:

I have "Dragon Age 2 Signature Edition" (NEW) and when I try to play, the Game ask to me the Code (CD-Key). I enter the code but the game give me the message:

"This code is already used."

The Log-in information is correct, without dubt.

I try to activate Dragon Age 2 on Bioware Site, with the same Code (CD-Key) and the registration is OK.

On Bioware Site this Code is valid. But if I try to launch the game, is "already used"...

Help me, please...

Only EA Support can do anything for you about that.

That's correct. Please contact the Customer Experience team by selecting Contact Us after logging in at http://support.ea.com

Once you are in contact with an agent, please have your account information ready for them to verify ownership. Once verified, they will work to get this resolved and get you back into the game.

So after paying $60 for the game I am forced to contact your customer support if I buy a new pc... or, god forbid, have more than one. Nice.
