Can the X button not choose dialogue on Xbox 360?  After playing the game so many times I just want to skip through dialogue sometimes using X, but a lot of the time I end up accidentally pressing it one more time and choosing an option I don't want.  Maybe just A should choose dialogue and X should only skip?  And if you want to skip a Shepard line, you should press A and then X.

Slow down! I find myself rushing as well, but you do know that if you're replaying a scene with dialogue, that the answer you chose earlier is highlighted already? But still slow down.

Yes I so support this! Make X skip dialogue and cut scenes (after watching them once of course this includes the intro BW) and A to select.

That doesn't mean you want to choose it again. What's the point of the choice if you'll choose the same, everytime? ....Slow down.:happy:

This seriously irritates me in me2. They didn't have it in me1 so why they had it in me2 I don't know.

However the developers do read the forums and it has been mentioned in quite a few threads so I'm fairly sure they know that this irritates people.

If they don't I will heave an irritated sigh at some point in 2012.

Be sure to aim for the developers.... And don't brush, that morning.

Wise-guy/girl!

No, what I mean was that it's not the buttons that need adjusting, but the fingers pushing the buttons.

Sure, if you pick the same answer everytime, but I'm hoping most know that another "button" is involved when choosing.

Drumroll, please ...

The Left Thumb Stick. How it's like second nature during combat or roaming around in particular locations, but an afterthought when it comes to dialog options. What now, O Wise One? :devil:

That's the easy solution, on the gamer's part.... But too much energy is used doing this....

This appears to be going someplace it needn't, so I'll just say this.

X = Skip

LS + A = Choice

A = Repeated choice (given the highlight)
