So I reinstalled ME2 after a slight issue with steam and now it won't accept my code for the Cerberus network because it says it has already been used and I can't find any of my DLC that I bought and paid for. This is seriously annoying because I spent a lot of money on that DLC with the assumption that I would be able to replay it.

Profile button under your avator, then it brings up list and click on my registered game content.


Go to that page, dl your content install your content and be happy, if you have linked your game to your account it will validate it and you can use it.

No that's what I mean, it's not there. I can't find any of it, I know where it SHOULD be, if it was there then it wouldn't be an issue,

Then if you are using the same account and the dlc is gone you will have to contact EA.com Support and best result use the live chat option and discuss it with them. They are both the official game and website support people, and pretty much only they can modify your account to restore lost dlc. The most logical reason is you have multiple accounts and simply aren't using the same account you purchased the dlc on, but strange things have happened and you might have been "lucky" to have it happen to you.

I've only ever had one other E-mail address, that was one of the first things I thought of, and there is no EA account under that name.

Then go see EA, and hope you get a good tech support person. Most are fairly nice and helpful, but occasionally you get a bung-hole.
