Thread tile again says it all. Who's your favorite companion from each Bioware game?

Here are mine:



Minsc (Baldur's Gate series) - Because he butt kicks for goodness!!! 



Daelan Red Tiger (Neverwinter Nights) - He's ugly, but he's a tank and noble to the core. 



Jolee Bindo (SW: Knights of the Old Republic) - Because every aspiring Jedi needs a smartass Master at his side.



Black Whirlwind (Jade Empire) - A big guy and an unapologetic murderer to boot. But you can't help but laugh at him.



Urdnot Wrex (Mass Effect) - He practically wins by default, as he more personality than anyone else on your squad. Still, he's a great character, and has some of the funniest lines I've heard in gaming.



Garrus Vakarian (Mass Effect 2) - What a difference a sequel makes. Went from being the most bland member of your crew to an asskicking rebel. He's also the best romantic interest Bioware has ever made.



Shale (Dragon Age: Origins) - Shades of HK-47 to be sure. But I found this smartass golem to be infinitely funnier. And her backstory was quite tragic and moving.



Aveline Vallen (Dragon Age II) - Wow. Watching the previews, I never imagined her becoming my fave. But what a character Aveline was! Strong, yet quite vulnerable at the same time. And her companion quest was hilarious. 



Javik (Mass Effect 3) - There were so many ways Bioware could have gotten this character wrong. Thankfully, they managed to pull it off and create a truly badass companion for Shepard. He's my third favorite behind Wrex and Garrus.

Korgan Bloodaxe (Baldur's Gate II)
Keeping in mind I was much younger when I played Baldur's Gate..
But come on, what kid wouldn't like a murderous, blood thirsty dwarf?


HK47 (KotOR)
Ok, I did play KotOR more recently...
But come on, who doesn't love a murderous bloody thirsty robot?


Henpecked Hou (Jade Empire)
This guy didn't leave my side as soon as I got him.
Drunken Kung Fu FTW!


Urdnot Wrex (Mass Effect)
Everyone loves Wrex


Sten (Dragon Age: Origins)
Best Bioware character.


Mordin Solus (Mass Effect 2)
Easily the best written character in the whole ME franchise.


Carver (Dragon Age II)
It was good to have a companion that doesn't suck up to the PC's arse.
Especially when I hated the PC.

Baldur's Gate - has to be Minsc
BG2 - still Minsc, though he has some competition from Mazzy Fentan who was adorable.
Neverwinter Nights - Linu
Shadows of Undrentide - Deekin. A bit annoying, but always redeemed himself by being cute.
Hordes of the Underdark - Valen.
KotOR - Jolee Bindo. Terrific character.
Jade Empire - Sagacious Zu. Loved his dry sense of humour and stoicism.
Mass Effect - Wrex
ME2 - Garrus
Origins - Hmmm, Shale or Alistair, can't decide.
DA2 - Aveline, Aveline, Aveline. I love her.

BG2 - Mazzy
NWN - Aarin
SotU - Deekin
HotU - Nathyrra
KoTOR - tie between Bastila (she was fun to tease) and HK-47 (HK is probably the funniest character I have ever played besides being totally brutal and near completely evil)
Mass Effect - Liara
Mass Effect 2 - Samara (she was the most interesting to me) and Liara (though she was part of LoTSB)
DA:O - Tie between Morrigan and Zevran
DA2 - I'd have to say it's a tie between Varric, Aveline and Isabela, though little interaction could happen; Aveline was an exceptionally well written character
JE - Silk Fox

EDIT: Totally forgot about Jade Empire!

I know this labels me as a heretic, but the only Bioware game I played was ME2. Oh yes, and :

Mass Effect 1&2: Tali (Garrus an exremely close second)

DA2: Isabela (Favorite of all Bioware compaions period)

Jade Empire: Black Whirlwind (shame he wasn't romancable)

Most annoying or despised companions
DA:O - Wynne
DA2 - Carver (he whined and complained so much that it became annoying)
ME2 - I liked them all but rarely brought Thane or Jacob with me
ME1 - haven't played enough to dislike anyone yet
KOTOR 1&2 - don't recall disliking any of them; it's been a long time

BG2: I'll go with Imoen, though Jaheira is a contender (and Minsc)...Jaheira is still my fave BG character overall.

KotOR: Jolee and Juhani (can't go darkside cuz of them)

ME1: Liara
DA:O: Leliana (Morrigan kicked my shin hard and compelled me to add her too)
