This is my second character on DA origins, a rogue
my brother i believe has used some trainer to put more experience on my character now
it seems that i have 4500 exp out of 4500 and level 6 but cannot level up i killed many many deamons and darkspawn
yet still cannot level up, can i fix this with the tools? and editor of save game? can you show me a way?

Unless you can more clearly explain what was done to break the character in the first place, it won't be possible to offer any assistance in un-doing the damage. If it was a mod, I would uninstall it and revert to an earlier, unaffected, save. If he used console commands, it is impossible to know what else he may have accidentally changed without examining a ridiculous amount of text. Again, I would revert to a previous save, if possible. If you don't have an unaffected save, you will probably expend less time and effort if you simply start a new character.
