Not sure if this is the correct place for this, but, why not. Note that all underlined things below are direct quotes from the EA Store page(s).

Please don't use this thread to flame the EA Store, there are plenty of other places to do that ... :)

I purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition from the EA Store.  I received an order confirmation via email, however, when I go to look at my order using the "Look up your order either throughView recent order history and purchase details” link at the top of the page" link, it shows "No orders were found".

Without the order showing, I cannot do the following "Downloadable products may be accessed by looking up your order. When the order summary appears, click on the Download link next to the product name."

I know it isn't available for download until November 1, so I am not panicking (yet).  I also know one other person that is having the exact same problem, but I wondered if anyone out there can confirm that they used the EA store and the can see their order, etc.?

There should be a preorder and backorder log somewhere in your purchase history. It'll show up there. At least, that's the solution I remember reading on the other DA forum time and time again. My preorder is through Impulse, and it was gifted to me, so I can't even look at that outside of the e-mail they sent me... =(

Adaram, in that manner my order went well. I could see all the details. (Although as you know. I live in the Netherlands). But unfortunately I've decided to cancel the order because of the lackluster Customer Service they are providing.



Your best bet is to call and just ask them but beware. It can be a bit of long call if they don't understand what you mean.

Thanks, Mike ... I have searched a bit for the phone number, but even that is not easy to find. Do you have a link to a phone number? They probably are not open on weekends, so no rush.



Anyone else have a different experience?

As long as you have the confirmation e-mails you'll be good. Although I suspect the order don't show up because the game haven't been released yet. Abit off a silly system, but them the breaks.

Yeah, the phone number won't be found on the EAstore site. You need to go to the normal EA website and if it works the same for the Canadian version you'll find a section on the bottom of the screen that let's you login. After logging in it should reveal a customer support link next to it.



You might even have the Live chat option.

If you log into your account via the EA Downloader Manager, it will give you a list of the games that you purchased and have access to for download. I would say that if you don't have access to it tomorrow from it, than concern should follow.

I found my preorder off the DDE version off the game. The following description on how I did it has been manually translated to english by myself, so the translation might be a little off. This is prolly the longest way off doing it, but at least it worked. Its quite possible you can just go to the profile.ea.com site and login there and access the order info directly.

1. I went to the EAstore website for my region. In my case the norwegian one.

2. I clicked on the customer support link at the top and slightly to the right.

3. Above all the various different support categories there should be two links, one off them should be a link about recent order history and purchase info (or something like that) Click it.

4.This page should give you three options, the bottom one being just a link. Click it.

5. If your browser remembers your login status you should be taken to a list off all orders. If not it will take you to the profile.ea.com website and prompt you for your ea login.

Hope that lil cumbersome wall of text helps. My order for the DDE has been set to "Order has been sendt"
Which I assume means its been paid for and will be available in my EA downloader on the release date at the latest.

I didn't like the EA Store, as I couldn't see my order. Made me uncomfortable.



So I just called them, and said I'd rather buy it through Steam. Was no problem at all, they removed the order immediately. Instead I've ordered it through Steam at the same price, and it's sitting nicely in my game list. (Albeit no preload yet)

if you have your mails, the one with you order in it should have the orders number.

You should be able to find it using that (in support page and stuff)

if not that you realy should get in contact with support

Ok one more time here is the phone number for EA (650) 628-1001. hope this helps if you have a shipped confirmation from EA then you also have a tracking number ie. ups fed ex etc. click on the tracking number to go to the ups or fed ex site and check your status if the status says billing information received then it has not physically arrived at the delivery center. Keep watching the staus from time to time for a change once it does that will tell you where it is and expected delivery time.
