I've made many saves in ME1 for ME2 where i can control the process of getting renegate/paragone points. And ME2 gives me renegate/paragone points irrespective of a choice. For example if you plays Grunts recruit mission in paragone style, you will get renegate point's also. How not to try. Just two questions: is it a bug? and will my paragone/renegate point's wich i didnt want to have ride in ME3?

Being honest, any Paragon/Renegade poionts you get aren't having any negative effect. I get the odd Renegade point too, despite being mostly Paragon, and having my Paragon bar full. I can still do every Paragon check in the game. Those Renegade points are sat there doing nothing. No foul really.

I found it encouraged you to take a less extreme morality path. By having random renegade points added in, it makes the player more comfortable to making that moral choice. At least I felt that way.

No it's not bug, because in ME2 you can get both from same action, because one action can be both too.

Does paragon or renegade points transfer to ME3. I think so, they did before between ME1 and ME2.

I'm more curious to see just how much will transfer over to ME3.
