Well to you the answer would be "Every race can burn and die as long as hooomanity survives"Saphra Deden wrote...
Rather than asking which races are expendable perhaps we should be asking ourselves this, "The demise of which races will most benefit humankind?"
I agree with you on the last two.Vilio1 wrote...

From what I can understand the Hanar seem to be quite adept at developing new medical technology.Saphra Deden wrote...

I want to know more about the hanar and why politicians in ME1 thought they might one day be a Council seat contender. I also wonder what their ships look like... they must be filled with water.
I wonder, do they have flying submarines?

The Volus are economic experts.
The Turians are the military backbone.
The Asari......
The Salarians provide intelligence and covert ops.
And the Elcor...???

To be honest I highly doubt that ENTIRE races will be completely wiped out.

I don't think so either. That wouldn't be healthy for the franchise, as in, it might limit how much money it can make in the future. Of-course in the end this means the players will never REALLY be able to affect the universe.
I think that the Paragon ending to ME3 (assuming the game has an actual ending) will be the Reapers beaten, everybody ravaged, but everyone works together to rebuild.
Renegade would be everybody BUT humanity (minus Earth of-course) being weakened by the war, paving the way for humans to cement their rule over the galaxy.
Though Bioware could always surprise me. I won't hold my breath.

I could care less about humanity. They are the last race im helping in ME3Saphra Deden wrote...

They will be rachni Cerberus managed to salvage from that experiment they ran in ME1. If you saved the queen she'll be able to tame some of them.
