Hi, I’m going to tell you my problem and then proceed with the long story of why am I in this situation and asking here for help.
I can’t link my bioware account to my gamer tag and since I can’t do that I can’t reclaim all the stuff I have unlocked. This means content from DA II and ME 2 (including the cerveruss network that came with my ME2 game).
Now the long story.
When I buy DA 2 for my xbox I made an account here, unlocked some items and stuff but never linked my account, it was mostly because i found DA2 insanely boring to play (unlike DA:Origins) and in the end I didn’t care.
But yesterday I buy ME2 on my way to work, and wile on my work I decide to redeeme the code for my cerverus network on the bioware site so I could just get home and play. To my surprise when i get home i had to link the bioware account to my gamer tag, so the nightmare began.
First of all, I couldn’t find a single thing on my account or the site that would explain to me how to link them, after several minutes searching i decided to google it, and found a link to one of the site forum with an user having the same problem. On that forum threat they direct people to EA.com.
So I go to EA.com to try to find a way to link and i find that the place is a complete utter mess. After far more minutes than any human being should spend on a web site trying to fix his problem I found out that i have to create a new "persona" and
link my account to it. So I create a persona and when i write my gamer tag:
"Sorry, that Xbox LIVE Gamertag has already been taken. Please try another one."
Which is impossible since this was the first time i have gone tru this nightmarish process.
So i follow protocol, there is NO phone number to call for help, no, you have to write a message and wait for a response...I have to wait to play the game i just bough...awesome...
Si it says that I will get an answer in less than 24 hours, well 24 hours passed and absolutely no
response.
So I come here, tied of having to deal with this mess from ea, asking you guys for help. What can I do?
I understand that I should had waited to get home to type the code directly o my xbox, and stayed the hell away from this not very user friendly sites. But i can not undo it and i really don’t wish to pay again to get access to the cerverus network.
Problem with the site and my gamer tag please help

There aren't any fellow gamers who can help you as such; the problem you have will have to be dealt with by EA support I'm afraid to say. (I suspect that the code has gone into limbo as it were and needs them to rectify it.) In that respect all I can do is suggest you chase them up for an answer.
I will also ask: have you checked the sticky near the top about linking Gamertags and accounts to see if that's any help?

This is why you'll need EA support for this.
It is my fear in having redeemed your code on the website and not through the game while your accounts were not linked could mean that the code has gone into limbo. If that is true then you will need someone from EA support to rectify that situation. We ourselves can provide no further assist on the matter.
However, there are other things to check and certain things makes it a lot easier.
(1) Having the same email for the various accounts will make the overall process easier. (Not encouraging given the security issues of late.)
(2) Go to 'Your registered game content' under the 'Profile' tab and look near the top: email, Gamertag and PSN name. If your Gamertag is there it might be worth booting up your 360 (if you haven't already) and starting ME2 to see if the items are recognised as being yours, and downloading them if so.
That's all I have for now.
EDIT: for correct info.

To properly link your Gamertag to your EA account (which generally is the same email address as your BioWare account), I have included the following FAQ:
http://support.ea.co...etail/a_id/826/
If you are getting an error message saying that "Your Gamertag is already linked to an EA account" after trying the steps in the FAQ, please PM me your Gamertag and email address so I can see what could be causing the issue.
