All the species in general i find good, just the Quarians and Turians are less appealing to me

A very close second would be Turians.

They've broken the mold of AI = monsters. They're a deeply philisophical specie that is also a very peaceful specie when they aren't being attacked. Heck they think that every specie should be free to make themselves better without having someone trying to mess with you. Why can't we be like that?

No, Legion ruined the geth by humanizing them way too much. They aren't mysterious aliens anymore. They were the most alien species in the series in ME1. They were very distant and strange. We could see them and observe them but couldn't interact with them. It seemed like we couldn't because we were just too different, maybe.
Now they're just a bunch of nice guys who offer sagely advice.

They weren't mysterious in ME1, they were just cookie-cutter mecha-mooks who tried to kill everyone.Saphra Deden wrote...

If you want mysterious, try the goddamn protheans.
They were hostile, homicidal mooks. They shot at us, and we shot back. That's the depth of their characterization, unless you count the whole "worshipping a ball of light"-thing on Feros.Saphra Deden wrote...

The depth didn't come until we met Legion in ME2 and he gave insight into the wants and desires of the geth as a whole.

I just like the idea of a tough as titanium alloy nails species who are honest about what they feel.
My favorite squadmates have always been Krogan, they provide me endless entertainment and kick enemies to the curb in the next country to boot!
Grunt is especially interesting to me, with his gung ho battle ready attitude and random quips.
A second choice would be Vorcha, I'm curious to explore how a relatively primitive but tough squadmember would integrate into the crew of the Normandy.

Salarians. I have yet to meet one that I haven't instantly loved. The big eyes and voices help, as does their interesting biology.
Hanar. They're some of the most 'alien' aliens we've met so far, and I'm bummed that we didn't even get to talk to one in the second game. Hopefully they'll show up in the third one and make some contributions, especially once they realize what the reapers did to their enkindlers.
BLASTO!

I did half expect that you'd say something
In ME1 there was nothing mysterious about the Geth they were just shown as being evil robots like every other sci-fi movie, book, series in history has ever done. Legion has made them a far more interesting specie that I for one can't wait to get to see on a large scale in ME3 I love the idea that the robot specie is actually the nice guy in the situation that they're the ones that don't want to be bothered and arn't looking to bother anyone else its an amazing twist

I have to agree. Whether it was because of Saren and by extension ME1 or just old tropes at play I wholeheartedly hated the Geth. There was nothing redeeming about them. Then Legion happened. I don't want them to necessarily become big damn heroes as much as I'd prefer for them to stay as the "True Neutral" faction. It's a breath of fresh air to see the AI trope subverted. It's also fresh to see a neutral faction in a galaxy full of conflict.

The Reapers lovingly watch over their seedlings from afar, encouraging success and expansion via a Mass Relay system that they built - at great expense mind you. They encourage life to flourish through constant care and attention.
Worry your pretty little heads not, the Reapers are watching. Sleep easy and safe, knowing that they have always been and always shall be there to watch over you - their eternal vigilance is the hallmark of their caring and motherly ways.
