I've modded a couple of saves before and everythings been great, worked out fine. But now, when I mod a file, then load it up on the 360, the enitre career is gone and when it doesn't do that, it just says the file is corrupted. Anyone give me help please?

Sounds like you are saving in the wrong format. Make sure you aren't accidentally saving in PC mode. When I have saved for Xbox on my PC it did basically the same thing.
