Feel is the right word.Because the "sequel" dont even display stats anymore. Not even as bars as some recent shooters do.

I am referring to the ME1 inventory, which was essentially broken due to the items it was carrying:Sarevok Synder wrote...

This again? Descriptions present a suggested playstyle, as well as the pros and cons of every weapon. We have been through this for several pages.tonnactus wrote...

You gave a "definition" which suits you. This makes it fact in your mind? LOL
Yeah, run along now child!
No, I gave you the very first definition of "inventory" that came up on Google, you ****ing twerp.

What?
-6 different models at best
-All weapons feel and sound the same
-No weapon has drawbacks, as the superior weapon is clearly visible due to it's ATK stat. A weapon with a better ATK stat also has a better ACC, etc. stat.
- I to X versions
It would create no difference whatsoever for BioWare to restrict all of ME1's weapons to 5 which progress statistically after every mission.

NMA - No Mutants Allowed. It's a fansite for the Fallout games. For the record, if you go there and say that you like Fallout 3 over Fallout 1&2, they will lynch you. They are absolutely insane.littlezack wrote...
I'm almost afraid to ask, but...who?

He gave you FOUR. The entire dictionary's entry.
What we have been trying to tell you is that doesn't fix the issue at all. You want to have weapons that feel differently and are statistically not absolutely better than a previous weapon? Do what ME2 did.Sarevok Synder wrote...
Yes, and it could have easily been fixed, instead of scrapped. I talking space. If I find a better weapon on a mission and don't have enough space, I'll have to drop something to pick it up, Deus Ex style.

Not sure what their stand on F:NV is. I went there once and never went back.

Since the conversation has moved to discussing the weapons and inventory in ME1 and ME2 here is my limited thoughts on the subject.
ME1 and ME2 weapons to me are fairly close in how they function a base weapon isn't really any different then a weapon in ME2. What made the weapons in ME1 better was the fact you could customize them and make them suit your needs better anytime in the game.
I am currently playing through a new game in ME1 and really I have only changed my weapons four times on Shepard the first two were from random upgrades in the game, one drop and one from a merchant, after that I just upgraded to the Master VII and then the Master X. Now armor is a little different, for I carry two spare sets depending on the situation, I have Explorer X for when I am in a hazardous environment and Phoenix X for when I need the extra health regeneration.
To me there really isn't that much difference in the inventories in ME1 and ME2, except the fact you collect a lot of the same item to sell in ME1 and the trade-off to that is you hope to get the item you want to drop which could be either frustrating for some people or feel like a forced replay.

That's all from the same source and just for the word "inventory." Not RPG inventory.

Have you played ME2? For all I know my Shep and his/her pals have to drop weapons while picking up new ones. When you find the Viper, you have to drop the Mantis/Incisor - you can't carry both.

Because an RPG's inventory is so different. Especially when you're sorting out all the items--Oh. Right...
I still don't see the point in this discussion. Does a copy/paste inventory make a better game, or does carrying the good functions of an inventory and adding some more?Someone With Mass wrote...

No, you had to use a weapons locker, in a building site no less.

As for BioWare naming ME2 an RPG while others disagree? Pokemon is also an RPG. So what? BioWare has explained what is important for them in RPGs.
