Hello guys,
I'm trying to figure out which would be the best order to I play the loyalty missions. I heard that for some you need higher Paragon/Renegade and I would like with these "special" mission until my Paragon is higher. I've just started the game and the only missions avaliable so far are Zaeeds and Kasumis.
Oh and I don't worry about any spoilers. I already finished the game on my 360, this time I'm playing on the PS3.

Thank you!

I'd just go in the order you receive them, honestly. I WOULD recommend doing Jack, Miranda's, Legion and Tali's first, though, so it'd be easier to resolve their respective fights.

Save Thane and Samara for last (Though that'd normally happen if you just went along the game)... And be sure you're quite renegade or paragon for those (Renegade is better and easier in both)

Won't I need high Paragon/Renegade to solve the fights between Jack/Miranda and Legion/Tali?

The persuasion stuff is based on what percentage of possible paragon/renegade points up to that point in the game you have earned. Basically, if you could have earned 100 paragon points so far, but you only earned 70 of those points, then you can only do charms that require 70% or less of overall paragon points earned. I know I've managed to resolve the Miranda/Jack argument with only 75% of the paragon bar filled in the past by taking almost entirely paragon options throughout the game.

Note that the bonus morality points from import don't count against this percentage, so those are basically a bonus.

Since you've already recruited Zaeed and Kasumi you should be able to do Zaeed's LM right away and get his loyalty provided you finish all the city assignments on Omega and the Citadel.

For Miranda/Jack - finish all the hub world assignments on Omega, the Citadel and Illium, do Miranda's LM right after Horizon and then Jack's after that you'll be able to resolve their confrontation provided you've picked primarily paragon or renegade conversation/interrupt options.  I've done this about twelve times and haven't had any problems.

The Tali/Legion confrontation comes near the end of the game so you should have enough P/R points to resolve it.

it aso depends if you consider when you want to do the Horizon mission . After Freedom's Progress you'll have to do Horizon once you've recruited Jack, Grunt and i forgot who else . I always do Zaeed and Kasumis LM before getting Grunt because it allows me to reach a higher level, get credits and therefore get more upgrades before Horizon .
After it's a similar story with the Collector Ship . You have 5 missions to complete before being forced there, either recruits, loyalties or side quests. So it's best to do whichever give you the more upgrades.
i never managed the Miranda/Jack argument. So i dish one randomly , i play safe in the suicide mission and so far still bring everybody back alive.

How much paragon/renagade do you need for Samara loyality mission (in the convo w/ her daughter)?? Isn't it like 100%?

Thanks guys! So far I only I only did the mission where I got Grunt.
So this would be the best way, right?
1) First the assignments on Omega, Illium and the Citadel to get more Paragon.
2) All LM except Miranda, Jack, Tali & Legion
3) Horizon
4) Miranda's LM
5) Jack's LM
7) Tali, Legion

ya as far as i know, i always needed a pretty much full bar to get the choice. otherwise morinth can use mind control over you, thus making samara barge in and finish her off. so either way you can get that loyalty mission done, you just wont get to choose morinth over samara if your morality isnt high enough.

So i'm guessing doing it sooner than later has no effect...

That's pretty much the order I do the LMs and have always been able to resolve the conflicts.

Kasumi's or Zaeed's mission always comes first, because they give you weapons and strong paragon/renegade points.
*everyone else*
I always do Thane and Garrus's mission together.
Miranda's mission is always second to last.
Legion's mission always comes last, because he's the last squad mate I get.

Well I always do Kasumi and Zaeed's loyalty mission straight away just so I can get the additional upgrades on offer there and the locust smg and firestorm. Once Horizon is done I will do Jacob and Miranda's loyalty (in whatever order takes my fancy) but after that I don't have any set order at all. The key to Miranda/Jack is to hold every conversation option in each area you visit and to stick with paragon or renegade pretty much exclusively all the way through. Once you visit an area or start a mission make sure you speak to everyone there and try not to miss any paragon/renegade interrupts. Also, setting Shepard's background story appropriately will give you a bonus in either paragon or renegade. I know the earth born war hero is the best for a paragon playthrough for sure. Doing these things has mean't I've always gotten everyone loyal and as I said, the order of the missions hasn't seemed that critical as long as you stick to the basic rules I've just mentioned.

I always do the missions where you do not need high paragon or renegade to successful complete for me I do it as follows.

Miranda
Jacob
Grunt
Mordin
Thane
Garrus
Kasumi
Zaeed (3/4 full required)
Samara (3/4 full required)
Tali (3/4 full required)
Jack (3/4 full required)
Legion (3/4 full required)

I do it any old order so as long as the missions that need the most paragon/renegade points are last.

I'd say:

Miranda
Jacob
Grunt
Mordin
Thane BEFORE Garrus (if you want to complete the Asari assignment)
Kasumi (after doing Thane & Garrus, you're right there, so why not?)
Jack (you should have enough points by now)
Samara/Morinth

(complete ALL extra assignments at this point)

[I would do the Derelict Reaper assignment if you want to play Paragon and get the Quarians and Geth to play nice - I think bringing Legion along will help do this for the next game]

Tali (I would bring Legion along)
Legion

Everyone up to Mordin's could be done in any order, I suppose.

Earth-born gives you a renegade bonus; for the best Paragon outcome, Shepard's backstory should be Spacer/War Hero.

For fun I did a playthrough keeping the paragon/renegade bars at equal lenght through the game. I had a full para/ren bonus from the import The only choices greyed were the Vasirs hostage(doesn't matter) and the renegade persuasion in the Tali-Legion conflict. (still could pick the renegade response to get Legion loyal, if siding with Tali).
I very rarely pick neutral responese though, but I can't understand how a imported character could have problems if you pick a side in general.

As for the order, I generally pick those whose loyalty powers I want first. Which make Samara,Tali, and often Grunt, Jack depending on need for ammopower a priority. Thane Mordin and Jacob tends to end up last because their powers doesn't matter.

I typically do them in the order they unlock with a few exceptions.

Kasumi's usually gets done very early (like 3rd mission after getting the Normandy) since it is already unlocked, you get the Locust and a Tech damage as well as unlocking her flashbang.

The rest usually end up going something like:
Jacob
Miranda
Grunt
Mordin
Garrus
Thane
Tali
Legion

Samara's is usually around the Tuchanka or Citadel ones, and Zaeed's is just wherever.
