360 version here, bought the game on release day and registered a few days later...still no email and no d/l for the 'edge' weapon...is there someplace I need to post/ pm to get the ball rolling? It's not so much that I NEED the thing, but if its free and out there I'd like to grab it.

I put in my cd key from buying it on steam the download deluxe, and still don't see any downloadable content except to buy it.

Yeah.  Well, I clicked it off out of habbit (WoW shows the same EULA/ToS agreement every time I update it), and now I can't find it anywhere to actually read it.  Does anyone know where it's located?

Okay, but it says that the new policy is active as of a few weeks ago.  It's really not acceptable to inform me about changes weeks after they happen.

They don't have to notify anyone of anything. That they did so at all was a courtesy. Fortunately, everyone agreed to what they read when they signed up.

But, that can be discussed in the site help forum, I guess, since it's site related.

The current privacy policy is linked from the footer of every page on this site, and currently has a big red "UPDATED" tag beside it.

Thanks for that.  Unfortunately, I don't have an old copy of the privacy policy so I can't figure out what was actually updated.  Can you help with that?

Ditto.  I wonder if updates like this one will be eventually deployed using the ingame downloader?  Perhaps that is Bioware's eventual goal, but busy as they are now with patches and the various other issues, they have not gotten to that yet?

How can you see if you have the Blood Dragon Armor v1.1? I think it installed ingame, but I can't see any difference in my installed content section.

And I don't have a female elf pc with 35+ str tp check it with.

No reason to get all worked up, people. I got an update for my Blood Dragon Armor days ago, and was wondering why it happened or if the update was a bug. I really didn't care, as I don't use it, and use modded armor instead.



Then today I got another update in the middle of my game, which I thought was odd. So I saved, logged out, and found it was this new "The Edge" weapon. I didn't even know about it till now.



So don't get your undies in a bunch....it will eventually download for you.

There are two ways to check.  The first method is to start the game and go into the download manager.  Under Installed Content, select the Blood Dragon Armor.  The release data for v1.0 is 3 November, and the release date for v1.1 is 18 November.

The other method involves opening your Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/Settings/AddIns.xml.  Use ctrl+f to find "Blood Dragon Armor."  If you scroll down past all of the translation text, you'll find a Version tag.  Mine says 1.1, now.

Are any of you guys checking your inventory? I'm on the 360, and the 'edge' just appeared in my inventory when I booted the game. Maybe it's the same on the PC.
