Do you really think the script they wrote to register it for anyone who registered the game before a certain date is so kind to make an exception just for you? Sorry, AI development isn't that advanced yet.

They may be obliging when it comes to the "before Nov 30" part, as keeping track of timezones as well would be overkill, but December 2nd obviously doesn't meet the condition.

You're a PC user, so there are other ways.

Of course, if you ordered before Nov 30th, then you should be able to provide proof of purchase to show you met the requirements.   That would require talking to someone, but you SHOULD get it.

After a brief check of your profile, you should have registered your game long before Nov. 25, as this was when you finished playing your  level 22 rogue Kenji ...

yeah... what i usually do is just install the game and play it and never bother about anything else. this dlcs are new to me. i do have a receipt of wardens keep dlc which i bought last nov 12 i think. if i cant use that, then "the other" way wins.

Got mine last night, but still haven't got my War Mage Amulet from DA: Journeys.

I think a lot of these 'unlocks' should email you a EA code to 'redeem' so that if the Journeys/EA/Dragon Age servers aren't updating properly, people can manually redeem the item they've earned.

Wow, this thread was started 12 days ago, but I just got mine this morning. Logged in and it gave me a notification and restarted to find it in my inventory.

Seems like the DLC system is kinda broken and your DLCs can become corrupt. In the topic you find the solution to repair them, via re-download.

I haven't received any mail...... but today the item appeared both in-game and in my registered promotions..... I also installed it with no problem......
