A response from someone at EA! This is a nice change of pace. 
Unfortunately, I cannot open the message you sent me. I tried using Opera 10.70 Build 9071, SRWare Iron 11.0.700.1 (83000), and Internet Explorer 9. I got the same thing each time (see the second screenshot below).
