well, first of all hi to everyone, since im new here

im having some troubles with the redeem code that were with the game:
1: the 3 exclusive item for the collector edition. i've inserted the code trough the redeem option on the menu of the game, and i've inserted it correctly, and it keep says that the code is wrong.

2: same thing goesfor the code to unlock shale. ive inserted the right code, checked more than twice before confirming, and keep to say wrong code.

3: and for the blood dragon armour, whats the upc code required on the redeem section on this site, cant find it.

i've got the collector's edition of the game  BLES 00699 for ps3.

hoping that this could be helped, best regards to everyone.

I'm a little pissed too. I have the collectors edition and so far I've only managed to download the armor set. I entered all the codes, and they show in my profile on this page.. but not in the game. Wardens Keep seems to be available.. also the Stone Prisoner can be seen at the ps-store.. Now why am I unable to download the dlc that was supposed to be available in the Collectors Edition!? (yes the armor, but I still feel robbed.)

well i just tried to use the code for the armor here and it seem to have accepted it, but nothing is appeared on the game dlc menu. the only code that worked for me is the one for the feral wolf charm

Having the same problem, I`ve the collector`s edition and can`t download Shale and the collector`s edition items. I`ve got the blood dragon armor....but the other stuff...

its not that the codes won't work.. its that the server doesn't give you the items that you should gain for redeeming the codes.

BIG UPDATE!!!
The Bioware servers seems updated, all my redemed codes now shows up in downloadable content. It says purchased on all collectors items i have typed in. Now only need to click download to download them to my PS3.

Thanx Bioware support team you saved my weekend.

Iam still missing the: Memory Band
Hopefully it comes soon. Bioware have posted an update on DLC issues on top of PS3 Support page.

Yeah its all been made available to me apart for the memory band. Theres still a few of us that havent got that yet. Stll not starting till thats available. Thanks to all involved, just one more hurdle now

We have notified Sony about the issues with the Memory Band download. Hopefully they'll be able to address it soon.

Thanx for letting us know. And thx for fixing the other stuff as well. Only problem is how iam now supposed to be working tomorrow when iam gonna play all night when kids and wife sleeps hehe.

now another question =) will you guys look into these framedrops issues on the ps3 aswell? Feels like what people experiences on their consoles didn't pass the beta testing (I hope) feels like something has went wrong.

can it be the reading from the blu-ray disc that messes it up?

i got the colletors ed for ps3 entered the redem codes for wardens keep, stone prisoner and the armor, got the armor, got the stone prisoner got the in game items BUT when i go to download the wardens keep pllaystation wants to charge me $12 for something that came free with the colletors ed can any one help me out there?

i've input the code for the armor on this page and i get nothing when i log in. my wife is using the stone prisoner code and downloaded and installed it successfully but she still can't find it in-game. what am i doing wrong and where can she find her content.
