I just got it yesterday then after registered the game in the EA web site i tried to insert de redeem code to unlock the extra contents but it was going wrong all the time. I need some help because i only think that my redeem code is invalid. Please somebody help

Try to contact the Ea support since this isn't a matter which can be solved by another player as far as I can see. http://support.ea.com/

You do not need to re-enter the code on reinstall. The content is linked to your account here. All you need to do is log in in-game, download and install the content.
