I am running Windows 7 64 bit O/S.  I have installed 9.0c Dx, running in Xp sp3 compatibility mode.
I have two 5970 running in crossfire mode. As the latest ATI divers seam to buggy I am running the previous drivers. I have with the toolset unlocked the half celestial for PCs with custom portraits, body models and hair models

Everything fine with the the tutorial mode, but when I go to the next module which is wset habour  just my portrait in the party bar, it flashes. its doesn't disappear but goes light and dark every second.

I noticed when I picked up kelgar his portrait did the same thing.

P.S.

I managed by disabling some of the graphic functions its looks like if its dispaling 2 pictures at once

Take out one 5970 and stop crossfire mode. Try again. I'm betting problem with Crossfire.

A little bit more testing, is what I see in the room is being superimposed onto my portrait picture. By disabling AA, bloom, point light shadows, show lights carried by companions, I can stop the flicker, to me this looks like a light sources problem.

I then disabled one of the video cards, turned on all the graphic features on and it works, till I open up the character window, it then superimposes what I see onto my portrait picture.

As I said it works in the tutorial module
