Anderson will probably die at the start (spoilers)

I saw that one E3 vid that showed Anderson sticking around . . . alive, and I have to agree with some folks out there now who think Anderson just sticks on Earth to lead the ground resistance against the Reapers.
However, i'm sure he CAN die, depending on how you play the game. If you don't get the right support, or get there in time, or some other thing, I'm SURE he can go down. But I'm also pretty sure that if you make the right choices he can survive.
Nothing super concret on my thinking here . . . mostly intuition.
Albeit the same intuition that had me thinking he died in the beginning before, but it's now leaning toward the opposite. I guess time will tell on this one.

If you've seen the ME3 demo of the first mission you also know that Anderson is a squadmember for the first time ever!
Now, BW has a notorious streak of putting you along a guy who gets killed right in the first mission.
ME1: Jenkins
ME2: That guy who betrays you..... oh yeah, Wilson..... what an ass
ME3: Anderson?
The demo cuts out right after the new Normandy touches down, so anything can happen while Shepard and Anderson head towards it and James along with Spectre Kaindan/Ashley probably won't be much help either.
Maybe but honestly i dont think so

While they do like to give us one person who dies in the very beginning, we're going to see the reapers cause havoc. There will be plenty dying around us.
Not to mention, if you've looked at spoilers we already have met someone in the demo who won't be alive by the time Shepard leaves Earth. Not a proper character, and no name given, but I'd guess he'd fit the 'prologue death' scenario.
Plus they'll be dozens getting trampled to death running out of Shepards trial when the reapers show up. Never know. There might also have been some nameless redshirt accompaning Andeson when they break Shepard out who buys it soon after.

Now that you say that, they probably will. You know how BioWare loves to make us cry. So go ahead BioWare! Kill them off, the fans won't care! Not at all!Grand Admiral Cheesecake wrote...
Anderson and Hackett are the only two people left in the Alliance I've got any respect or affection for.
So please don't kill them off Bioware.

I hope they don't kill Anderson he is a way better councilor than Udina(and not just because he looks like Dr Dre)
Actually, Udina is a fierce advocate of humanity, willing to fight politically for human rights. While Anderson is a nice guy, the other council members simply don't take him very seriously.
Udina ia a puppet at best. Anderson is a war hero who doesn't take any of the council's bull****, which is why he has difficulty making any progress.
Captain Anderson is the council's laughing stock- they don't take him seriously. When Councillor Valern was asked by a journalist what his favourite joke was his reply was "Councillor Anderson".

And Shepard will be like "oh noo, not you..."
And when he dies it will be very emotional like "no light, they always told me there would be a light"
And Shepard will be "hang in there, we will find a way"
And Anderson will be like "it's to late for me, go save the earth..." *dies*

Yeah the idiotic council who is too stupid to see the threat to the galaxy that's right in front of their faces. Are you a council member because calling a war hero who can't be manipulated a joke is absolutely stupid. I'd take Anderson over udina, those no account council members or any other butthole any day of the week. The council likes udina because they can control him, and basically he's their ****.
