LOL get ready to quit because its here and your gonna have to accept that or find something else to enjoy.
Its been digital for a long time and your just in denial.
As for me death or all the haters saying nothing good is coming and this actually does happen thats when I stop.
Oh btw haters theres a ton of awesome games must be fun to complain over nothing.

It'd would be nice to flip a switch and be able to walk away. Not to get into too many details but honestly, quitting cigarettes was easier.

I love Planescape: Torment, I own it. It's my favourite game, I love BG too. But some people in the RPG genre can't hold of them, they cannot let go... and thus they will never, ever be able to enjoy other games.

However once my current 360 breaks down, I won't be console-gaming anymore for a LONG while... I can't afford spending that kind of money anymore.

Anyone here played Dance evolution with kinect because thats kinda what I am getting at.
"Gameplay requires the player to copy the on-screen character's dance while hitting certain spots with their hands, drawing lines in the air, stepping on the beat and striking poses (much like a full-body version of Elite Beat Agents). Only hitting the on-screen markers counts toward your grade (unlike Dance Central, which demands full-body move matching). There is a lesson mode that explains the basic mechanics and the main dance mode. Offline games support 2 players simultaneously and online modes support up to 4 players. Each song in dance mode has 4 levels of difficulty:"
Online would rock! no more omegle for me.

Well almost... When I was in Australia I went to a few game lounges to get my fix! Going 150 days without playing a game is tough even if your doing something amazing!

Yeah these. And I get sick of this "We do it for the enviroment" Bull ****. And thats what it is bull ****. Its like EA getting rid of instruction booklets, on the grounds of "Enviromental damage" which also just happens to save them tens of thousands of dollars, if not millions. Yet they don't pass on the savings to the customer? And when this crap goes digital if it does, I would wager my right arm, that prices won't go down but rather up. Its all to make a bigger bottom line. And more and more at the expense of the base.
That and the crap I read in OXM, hoping for facial reconition technology to read emotions. That would be useless for me. I hardly show any emotion hardly, so when I plug in such a game the NPC's won't have a clue I'm about to axe them. Or am warry of them etc.
But cloud gaming, getting rid of real hardware, switching to this motion based crap only, and turning it from a game system to a multi media unit, all of those will make me go. I mean its like this, if I want to game, watch TV and shop, I'll turn on my damn PC. And if this projected grab is aimed at PC players, from what I've seen on here, they are betting on the wrong damn horse. (As in most of them would not switch over)
Nevermind the fact a **** load of people still don't and may never have the net, and thus buying such a system leaves them unable to game. Nevermind I like keeping my game data to myself where I can play it off line if I damn well want at anytime. Also if any sort of .Hack//sign, plugging your body into a game machine **** happens. But I could stop just in general, or for other things.

Working for a high end company were there wasn't time for it, maybe Bethesda or Suckerpunch, or Vigil or Bioware, otherwise no.
There's always time for gaming even when you work for a big company that keeps you busy.
I don't think anything could really make me give up gaming i'm always doing it in some shape or form. Even if it went fully digital while i wouldn't be pleased i wouldn't give up on games even if i'd miss actually owning the games i buy and not just the right to download and use it.
