- Missions on Dantooine (KOTOR2)
- How Little We Know (FNV), also many other in this game
- Noveria (ME)
- Reilly's Rangers (FO3)
- Missions in Luscan (NWN)
- Search for the star map on Korriban (KOTOR)
- Suicide Mission (Collector's Ambush in ME2)
- Tali's Recruiting Mission (ME2): really great.
I don't remember Oblivion's mission, but I prefer not closing another gate!

Fortress of the Severed Hand in Icewind Dale. As well as having one of the best names ever, it was gorgeous and atmospheric and very sad. Plus, the sword and exploding skeletons could be a real pain!

Getting the bunny ears in Majora's Mask is another, for some reason I really liked that quest... I'm a sucker for cute baby animals.
