So, as of today, here is the list in order of 'Most liked'

Jacob is the most disliked and the character the fewest people liking actively. (Miranda and Kaidan gained a greater total number of Dislike resposnes, but also had a greater number of general responses with Jacob only gaining 298 while Miranda had 447 and Kaidan had 377.)
Tali was the most polarizing character with the fewest neutral responses, only 39 people responded with Neutral or Other out of 479 responses.  Tali was also the most popular character in terms of the rawnumber of 'Like' responses at 364.  Miranda was the next closest with 277 out of 447 responses.
Grunt is the character that with the highest percentage of 'neutral' responses.
Wrex had the fewest survey responses, though this is possibly due to his position near the bottom of the list of surveys, as those that did vote overwhelmingly liked him.
In terms of potential Romantic interests the list in order of Like percentage is Tali, Miranda, Liara, Ashley, Thane, Jack, Kaidan and finally Jacob.  In terms of raw votes indicating a 'Like' response it is Tali (364), Miranda (277), Ashley (206), Liara (198), Kaidan (195), Thane (179), Jack (159), and Jacob (129)

This makes me want to see Bioware's raw data on all this.

Garrus had the third most votes cast total for him, with 395, compared to Tali's 479 and Miranda's 447.

This seems to indicate that people found the alien team mates from Mass Effect 1 to be the more compelling love interests, or could simply indicate that people reacted negatively to the shallow portrayals of the Virmire Survivor and Liara in Mass Effect 2.

hmm I like most of the charcters xD there was only one who I put a negetive reaction for, and one who was neutral for me. Why don't you have Morinth? Because most actively dislike/don't choose her?

Well I initially forgot her and later desided not to add her because most people never use her, including me

I voted.

The only characters I actively dislike are Miranda, and Jacob. Miranda annoys me with her "omg! im so perfect and amazing! but its all wrong!" complex; and Jacob and his PRIIIZZEE. Eugh.

I am ambivalient about Jack and Legion.

I like the rest.

I agree that Miranda and Jacob are both pretty dull characters really. Hardly used them since I had much more interesting and lovable characters around *cough* Tali and Garrus. *cough* Those two are truly my most liked, having deep back stories and personalities since they have been through two game. (Soon to be three.) Besides them, Thane, Grunt, Legion, Mordin and Jack were all fun to have, but a return of Wrex and Liara in ME3 will really bring smiles to me.
