I am definantly getting this game. I played and loved the first one. (although the reptetive missions in between assassanations were bad) I have been digging around and found a bunch of videos. Feel free to check them out.

Assassin's Creed: Lineage (Short Live Action Movie) Part 1

Ezio and Leonardo da Vinci

ACII Tokyo Game Show 2009 Trailer

and finally some pieces of music from the game:

Venice Rooftops

Ezio's Family

Hearth

Glad to see that Jesper Kyd is still producing the music. Game ambience would never be the same without his work, IMHO.

Oh maaaaaaaan This one's going to be sweet. As much fun as Assassins Creed 1 was, it was clearly lacking in a few areas. I already enjoy Ezio's personality far more than Altair's

Just to let you all know the assassin in the live action short is not Ezio but Ezio's father, Giovanni.

This is my second most wanted game this winter, guess what is first. I'm getting a ton of games in Winter.

Dragon Age: Origins

Assassins Creed 2

Bioshock

The Orange Box

Batman: AA

Mass Effect 2

Can't wait for this game. But since I'm a strict PC gamer, I'll have to wait until early 2010 for the release. Quite annoying.

Yeah, same. Think it comes for the PC in march or something - really long wait. :( The game looks amazing - check out the recent interviews with Patrice on Gametrailers.com by the way; they are really good. I can only imagine that with lessons learned from the first game, ACII will be great.

Edit: Funny note, the writer on Assassin's Creed is Corey May. At first I was like wut? Then I saw he was male. Really thought it was DA:O Cori there for a moment.

March? That's insane! I hate this! I hate when games have to come for consoles first and only then for PCs. Bah. I am already tired of being in the "Europe" since we get DA:O 3 days after NA. If I had money... I would jump to NA and buy it on Tuesday... Why must I get unlucky on everything out there? WHY MUST LAURON ALWAYS FAIL??

Ok, those were 5 seconds of my "downish side" I am offering every year. Now I am back happy!

I am warily looking forward to this. I really liked the original up until the horribly immersion breaking part of the ending. I don't want to spoil it for people who haven't finished the original so I'll just say that an object that is futuristic to us should definitely not be around during the time of the crusades.

I have to say i was really impressed with AC. The story awsome and beautiful graphic... It made me read some books about assassins, but i didn't finished it yet (shame on me).

Feel a bit like you about AC2. First couple of hours of AC were magical and Ioved the middle-eastern setting and possibilities concerning The Temple Mount. But when Ubisoft pulled that little rabbit out of the hat at the end I was thinking "let's get back down to earth here".
