Gabby and Ken were great to have around.
I'd say anyone who actually got named in ME2 on the crew has a chance of returning, provided they weren't turned into Reaper soup in the end.

Obviously Koker and Edi. I can also see Dr. Chalkwas returning since she served on the Normandy in ME1 and ME2. I'm hoping for Gabby and Ken and I'm sure Kelly also has a loyal fanbase.

I don't think there will be too many back, just the mandatory members like Joker, Doctor Chalkwas, and probably EDI. Anyone who joined Cerberus to further Humankind and who views Cerberus too favorably isn't likely to return, probably eliminating the Chef Rupert and Kelly. I'd say that Gabby and Ken are unlikely, but still definitely possible.

Oh, ok. I thought I heard something like if you delayed and then sent her back on her own with no escort than she could die.
I like her, so I'm glad to see that she's a survivor no matter what.

She will bite the dust in that case, but given how difficult she is to kill, I'm guessing they're planning for her return to the normandy in ME3.

Yeah, I've only had Miranda die on me once, and I never lose the crew. Even watching it on Youtube is hard for me to stomach.
Still, I do hope that they integrate most of the crew we had on the SR2 back into our crew. I did enjoy their presence.
