Equipment and Runes for build?

At the moment I am using Arelex's Berserker vanguard ability and it is working out GREAT!. I still have a couple of questions though.
Right now I am in act 3 and I am wondering what to equip and how to enchant it. I have the black emporium and ATM I use the Empress's Point. Is Bloom still better? And how about Anders/ Merrill? I have missed Voracity due to some stupid mistake. Futhermore I have equipped them with some equips they got from the weapons DLC.
And now the biggest Question. What runes should I put on everyone's weapon AND Armour. I am kind of in the dark here so I hope anyone can give me a suggestion.

Elemental weapons are always better than physical, unless the enemy is immune. Anders and Merrill can wear generics, not that big of a deal.

Weapon runes should be devastation (primeval lyrium rune in your best weaopn, probably Bloom). Armor runes are generally crap, just give everyone a rune of valiance and the rest is up to you.

even with the Weapons DLC and BE DLC Bloom is still the best 2H? Devestation is also the best for Biance/ staves?

For a Berserker, I think Bloom is still the best. For a templar, Celebrant is the best. Empress Point looks impressive, except physical damage in this game is seriously underpowered.

Yes, Devastation will be the best rune. The +x damage runes add a paltry amount of damage. The only other rune that's good is Striking, but that will always be weaker than Devastation.
