Hey all, I've been having quite a frustrating problem with installing DLC from the Ultimate Edition. All of the DLC will install except Leliana's Song and Awakening. When I try to install both or either of those the download quits halfway through and I get a "One or more items cannot be installed" message. It also seems to be doing a strange thing with updates. Everytime I put Disc 2 in I get a message that says "an update is required to install these expansion packs." I install the update and then try to install the expansions. When I go back to Disc 1 it prompts me to install another game update. After I install the game update to Disc 1 it no longer prompts me for the update, but if I put Disc 2 back in I have to install another Disc 2 update followed by another update for Disc 1 when I put that one back in.
If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated. Let me know if I need to clarify anything. Thank you!

The first message seems to suggest you don't have enough space to install the dlc, at least that is what that typical message tends to suggest. So check to see how much space you do have to install new items.
Certain dlcs require a certain patch to be able to run. Awakening requires 1.03 if I'm not mistaken. Patch 1.04 is included with the Ultimate edition anyway and I would assume it is installed with disc 1 (and perhaps there's a copy of it on disc 2 for safety reasons as it were).
The update thing does sound strange. Personally I would suggest installing disc 1 first and then disc 2; keep things in order to simplify the process and see if that helps.

In stating you have 'the exact same problem' my initial response is something that could be considered. After that you may need to start being more specific for others to be able to give you advice (if anyone is forthcoming enough to do so).

well its just as he said. it will not install completely but when i first got the disk it installed everything correctly. The disk isn't scratched in the least but now Leliana's Song and The Awakening will not install saying "One or more items cannot be installed." I have plenty of disk space left, I've tried clearing my system cache but nothing helps

I'll take you on your word about having plenty of storage space, though the console seems to disagree with that. In which case I would suggest checking the connection of your hard drive to the console to see if that is an issue. After that I'm not entirely certain what other factors there are. To me at least it still appears to indicate a storage space issue.
