It doesn't matter who you have, it's where they stand.
The trick is to have two of the bridge panels solid at a time, so your PC can walk and not fall when you move to activate the next one. There are three tiles on the right side that summon two bridge parts, the ones on the left side make them solid.
Lets say each panel is a number, with 1 being the start of the bridge and 4 being the end.
You want 1 and 2 solid first, and then move your PC to 2. Have the NPC on the left making 1 solid move to the right and stand on the tile that summons 2 and 3. Have the NPC on the right standing on the 1 and 2 tile move to the left and make 3 solid. Rince and repeat until your PC gets over the bridge, then it becomes fully real for everyone.
Hope that helps.

Can't remember off the top of my head, shouldn't take you more then 10 minutes to solve it now though.

If the pads to the left of the bridge are numbered (from nearest to farthest) L1-L6, and pads on the right, R1-R6:
Depress L3, L6, R2
move free character forward to last solid bridge platform
move L3 to R4
move R2 to L1
move free character forward 1 bridge platform
move L6 to R5
move R4 to L4
move free character to the end of the bridge.

move free character to the end of the bridge.

the flame will jet out in whatever direction the arrow on the tile points. so the first brazier points out into the next tile, which points right, which points right, which points, down, or whatever, to start.
i just shifted things around, starting at the other end (you need an arrow pointing INTO the dead brazier) and then continued to move stuff around until finally i made a path from the live flame into the dead end.
takes a while, but a bit of fiddling willd o it

Thank you every one. Finally got it. Guess it didn't help that my 3 year old was trying to help me.
