Registered game content help!

Hello, I have registered game content that won't show up in game (I am an Xbox live user) and I have tried signing in to the cerberus network and dragon age servers to try and link my gamertag to this site but it won't work, any help with this matter will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Same as anywhere else throughout the Social Forums web site, it's a Self-Help kind of place, for gamers to discuss things with other gamers. The official support is at EA, linked at the bottom of every page:

Xbox live accounts seem to sync better with all EA sites if the Xbox account and the EA account have the same email address associated with them. You can link your Xbox live account (and therefore your gamer tag) to your EA account (including this one) at https://profile.ea.com/login.do. This is the same site to which you have already been directed for official support.

hi, i've got the same problem. my content name comes up but there is just dashes where the download link should be. does any one know what's going on?
