I updated my DA2 install on my Mac when prompted and now the game doesn't run. Is this a generally known problem or am I the only one experiencing it?
The initial start title screen comes up with "Support", "Readme", "Website", "Play", and "Exit" but, as soon as I click on "Play", the game terminates.

Hmm, I guess the lack of replies means I will have to reinstall the game. Since this is my first time doing something like this on a Mac, is there anything special I need do or can I simply reinstall on top of what already exists?

OK, I finally had to remove the original install completely and then reinstall for it to take but DA2 is now running, with the patch, on my Mac.
Wonder what the problem was? Ah well, never know now. At least it's running again.

I've been having the same problem. Except that I've tried re-installing 4 times now with no luck. Maybe I need to do a better job uninstalling the game, first. The one time I've managed to click on something related to the game, it gave me a 'AWC.dll' error. Which is odd, as the 1.03 patch should have fixed that, and I've upgraded. Argh. On to attempt number five!
