So instead of a miniskirted Ashley, she's wearing a shirt, thigh high boots, and something evoking garters and stockings instead of pants.  I'm not sure how that's supposed to be "better." 

It still looks more like a miniskirt than some non-combat real-world military duty uniform shirt.

But despite the fact Ashley said she prefers heavy armor even going so far to imply that light armor is silly, people can continue to rationalize the obvious pandering going on with the male-female costume dichotomy.  

Personally, I don't appreciate being patronized in this manner. But whatever.

To be completely honest, if you think the right image is a catsuit, so is the left, because the left is still quite form fitting. It just has less color, which makes it look less dramatic.

I think I'm the only one who doesn't overly like the new Kaidan. He doesn't look bad; but he certainly looks like he's aged about 10 - 12 years in the space of 5. He went from being 33 to easily passable as 45. Not strictly saying that's a bad thing, it's just.. odd.

And I swear he has grey side burns in all the pictures we're seeing. ¬_¬'

Thanks to everyone who confirmed my worst fears about this DLC. I'm so glad Ashley is only alive in one of my saves so I can mostly remember her as she was and not this atrocity.

He looks hotter than ever If anyone looks like aged 10 years it's Liara. ME3 is suppoused to be only like what 3-4 years after ME1 yet she went from babyface to almost Matriach Benezia level or appearance on her face lol

It is just weird seeing, Ashley go from Dizzy to Carmen. The appearance doesn't look bad, but it is jarring to say the least. If it was anyone else, I doubt we would of heard a whimper, but for Ashley it is odd.

These are concepts (so may not be final) of the weapons and appearances available in the Collector's Edition of Mass Effect 3. They were given out to a bunch of retailers some time ago. I guess they weren't called out previously as they are not final and maybe the retailers didn't want to show art that wasn't final?

I love how the people who believe that Casey's statement means "do not worry you'll be able to dress Ash in tank armor anytime you want" are berating those who are taking his words "****** grano salis" and are going by what we know so far and the ME2 experience

Second off... I worry about this game in general being total ****-balls.

Third -- the fact they clearly are trying to aproach every group is going to blow my ****ing mind...

Fourth.........Gays will get what they want....Shooters what they want....RPG fans left out.....one left group to please.......


JACOB 3.0 --- New DLC Character! Jacob 3.0 is a YMIR Heavy Mech painted all black with a "Silver Back Gorilla" face on the cockpit shield!!!!! Everytime he kills something he shouts in a semi-robotic voice ""THE PRIZEEE"" or ""WOOOO"".....Son of a ****.....

Perhaps, but I dunno if Jacob by himself balances out... everything else.  He'd probably try to, seems like it would be a good workout.

While that's a fair point, I find it very difficult to believe that these aren't based on the final in-game models, even if the exact colours of the textures aren't finalised.

It's incredibly unlikely that entire finished character meshes would be discarded and redone =/
