A picture is worth a thousand words, pal. And your average tweet doesn't come anywhere near a thousand words. You're really naive if you think "all of our concerns are for naught" on the basis of a damn tweet. <_<

A tweet by Casey Hudson. And if you ask me, that tweet didn't leave a whole lotta room for interpretation.

I trust Casey.

Just because you trust him does not mean any of us will, more so when some of us have no reason not to trust him, or Bioware in general anymore.

If some people don't trust in biowae, why are they even playing Bioware games?

Did you even play ME1?

Yes. What does that have to do with anything?

Wrex in catsuit for ME3?

Heck yeah. If Ashley's going to dress like a civilian, then why not have EVERYONE dress in skin-tight suits? After all, we can just chalk it up to "improved armor technology". Let's see those rippling krogan muscles.

You weren't talking about her fighting, you were saying that she was put in that outfit because the armor made her too intimidating, which is silly. She wasn't intimidating in ME1 because she wore armor, she was intimidating because she's an intimidating woman. Regardless of what she's wearing, she'll still be an intimidating woman.

And yet there are a ton of people who called her 'butch' and worse, 'ugly' in armor and are now saying, "Man, I wish I hadn't cheated on her with Miranda now that she's HOT!"

Obviously there were people turned off by her full armor look.

You're comparing her look to a blow up doll? REALLY?

No, that was me making fun of the child that ran to Christina Norman for comfort. And I'm sorry to say it, but you've painted a target on your forehead with the EA sig. Just to let you know.

Ashley's outfit isn't even a catsuit; it's medium armor with a little portion that shows a bit of a skirt. It isn't a big deal. Stop overreacting.

It's very tight, her neck is shwoing, you can see her curves very well because it's so tight, there is skirt and high heels. It does not fit Ash.

It's pretty sad how much of a fuss people raise over an outfit. Why do you care so much? It's ok. Really, it's ok. Nothing bad's gonna happen. The game's still gonna be a lot of fun and Ashley will have the same personality.

Stop being so angry. Bioware isn't gonna be swayed by your shrieking outrage. They could give a crap cause they're too busy working countless hours making this game awesome.

Since I've gotten a little muddled over this particular detail: these are the collectors editions outfits, yes? Making them not so much alternate outfits as 'alternate versions of the standard outfits for a bit of variety/uniqueness', or such?

This outfit contradicts what she said in ME, I doubt her character has not been changed a bit. This is a combat attire, the colour proved that.

The new Ash armor isn't the only thing that worries me, but what's suggested because of it. Like I said before Ashley is a practical woman who wouldn't be caught dead wearing that. I'm very concerned that her personality has been changed along with her look because of this. It's not a far fetched concern. I can't even describe how disappointed I'll be if this happens in ME3.

Ash: Oh sheppy.. I wuv you so much.. *licks lollipop, sticks out chest*
Shep: Wha.... What the hell happened to you?
Ash: I agwee with everything you say, I wuv you...

/exaggeration

Collateral Damage... because apparently a practical female soldier (besides femshep) is too much to ask for when that's who Ash is to begin with?

Yes.

We don't know how alternate outfits will be handled in game yet.  They could just be more retexes of this same suit...

I think if Ashley has an alternate outfit that's heavier and Kaidan has one that's lighter no one will complain about what we see here.

Ashley is wearing a light armor that gives her greater mobility and allows her to use whatever advantage she has (including sex appeal) to get her way.

She's not a soldier anymore but an agent of the Council.

BUT, I do have an issue with Bioware basically kicking us in the balls after promising the option of good 'ol alternate armor for Ash.

Come on Bioware... You can dress her up any way you want but give us MORE options. >.<

Don't tell me that I only have two options like in ME2.

Christina does not work for Bioware anymore(unless that changed while I was not looking) so anything she says about Biowares new vision or saying someone is wrong about lore can be taken with a grain of salt, no offense Norman if your reading this. More so when there is evidence to support what that person said in that lore tweet.

If Bioware wants to change characters in the last game, that's there decision but they better be ready for angry fans and they better not blame the fanbase for no liking this path.

Hmm, just to point out, those tweets were from 10th and 11th June (it is even on the picture, though very small and maybe not very legible), when she still worked for Bioware.  Moreover, change like that, must have been discussed thoroughly on many levels (hence the term [Bioware's] artistic vision).

If Ash even tries to use sex appeal to get her way in ME3 I will simply stop playing. That's not Ash I know, that's some spawn with her face.

I've never understood how sex appeal matters much when your fighting zombies,  aliens,  and robot cthulus.
