 Thankfully it won't be a problem in any of my playthroughs, but still it's rather sad, what they did to Ash.
Especially taking into consideration how her character was portrayed in ME1. From heavy-armored Soldier to this?

I actually don't mind the skirt at all. Ashley can wear whatever she wants; Shepard will protect her in battle anyway.

Kaidan looks awesome, by far the best among the group... and the new hair model looks nice

Liara's back to her LotSB model in this one (deep blue eyes, blue lipstick) which I prefer over her pink lipstick look. I don't mind the outfit but the color scheme and that headband makes her look too much like Samara.

I'm fine with Vega, just not the hair... shave the fauxhawk, keep the shaved hair... Don't mind him keeping the eyepiece only if he's an infiltrator or a sniping soldier (most probably the latter). He looks extremely young though.

Ash... umm... would rather she keep the Phoenix Armor because it is so iconic of her. Although the first thing I noticed in Ash is her nose... The lighting make it looks like DA2 elf nose for a moment ><
Don't mind if she keeps this only as her alternate appearance because I'm sure there are people who is gonna prefer her in that, I love the color scheme though...

Is it lipstick when her lips are blue though?  Surely it is just lips..........

Just throwing my 2 cents in to say I'm pretty much appalled at what they've done to Ashley, and I don't even like her that much.

Yes, it's a decent looking outfit - but it's the person wearing it that's all wrong. The Ash we know wouldn't be seen dead wearing something like that. It's made all the worse by the fact that Kaidan is wearing what looks like heavy armor. It's like BioWare have forgotten that Ash was the Soldier ><

Unfortunately, I can't see them changing it. Ugh.

Bioware forums are constantly complaining about Ashleys "armor" and even after Mirandas ****-suit they didnt learn anything. I mean...really? This is what Ashley is gonna wear the whole game? She cant even have helmet with that in space.

Everyone, breather masks are gonna be back...wtf Bioware.

Seriously, fans of Ash love her because she is(or was...) NOT another hot sidekick we see in like..every other videogame. You are gonna destroy her with this.

Really hope she will have real armor...ffs biotics are more armored than her..

The problem with "catsuit" is that it looks like casual clothes - almost no ceramic parts, and this tooks a gret stretch of imagination to assume this is Kevlar. As well as "skirt" part and heels are arguably necessary parts of armour. And the worst fact is that Ashley stands near the guy who could wear only light armour and he looks more protected.

There's nothing wrong with Jacob, he had ONE bad line..................... ONE........
All the rest was Ms Hale's *dog on heat voice*, not Jacob's fault, I don't know why the guy didn't have a word with TIM about her..........

Yep, I STILL haven't forgotten or forgiven those inbred bioswear ****holes for completely ruining Jacob.

Kaiden - looks like a Spectre. That is some damn cool armour.

Ashley - looks, actually, quite smart. Its not a catsuit like Miranda's, it looks more like an armoured diplomat's outfit. Maybe thats the style of Spectre she is. Its a bit like the Cerberus officer outfit, but with a little more armour here and there. I can sort of see why people are complaining, but it definitely isn't a catsuit.

Vega - looks like an absolute TANK.

Liara - looks like a more armoured Samara. I'm not sure about the things on her head though.


All in all, not bad. Not sure its worth the extra £30 I have to pay in the UK for that edition, but I'll wait until they properly detail the other stuff too.

This is what gets me the most. Kaidan - the one restricted to LIGHT ARMOR in the first game now has massive armor on, and yet Ashley - the only Soldier-class human squadmate we've had - and one that wore HEAVY ARMOR, has been reduced to a catsuit.

And there was me thinking Miranda's DLC armor was a sign that BioWare had got the message.
