Disgusted with DLC problems and lack of support

 Has any adventurer out there suddenly found they can no longer play the game because they are not authorised to use the DLC content which has already been successfully downloaded - using the redeemable codes received when paying out good hard-earned cash?  

I bought the special edition and downloaded the stone prisoner, Bergen's honor, final reason and grimoire of the frozen wastes.   After playing the game a few times - -saving and exiting; reloading and resuming ok,  Suddenly I am told I can't load my saved game because I am NOT AUTHORISED TO USE THE DOWNLOADED CONTENT!!! 

When I check the DLC - there they sit - successfully downloaded but disabled.  I have tried re-logging in etc but to no avail.  I don't wish to restart the game from scratch and play without the freebies.

Anyone else suffering the same?  Or -better still - has anyone remedied this?

Check under technical problems.
