corrupted saves and other bugs

are those fixed or theres still a chance of loosing all progress? also, is the audio ok? Think the real question is: ist it worth getting in its current state?

I would wait until patch 1.04 is released (assuming they are even working on one). The less $$$ they get from sales the more incentive to provide patches.
Regardless of the bugs it is still a fun game (I am using the un-patched version) and have played it close to 300+ hours since release (PS3 version only). This past weekend (played it 25 hours) and must have froze on my 10 plus times or more. You need to reboot the game after every mission to avoid issues due to memory leak in code.
Almost positive that the 1.03 does not fix the crash/freeze as mine locked up 2 times within 1 hour of installing the patch.
So I am running 1.00 again.
