 To whom it may concern,

I have a Bioware Social account that I have my XBL gamertag linked to that I believe the password has been changed without my notice. The email address linked with this older ID is now invalid. Everytime I try the forgot password it just sends an email to the invalid email. I'm afraid if the recent hacks lead to everyones password being reset, I would not have gotten the reset password email since the old email is invalid. The Social Network ID is Trespasser 989, the profile can be viewed here:

Trespasser 989 is also my XBL Gamertag and I just registered my Bioware games less than two weeks ago. I logged in just 11 days ago, but now when I try to log in it says my password is wrong. I know for sure that I didn't change my Bioware Social ID password. I created this temporary account to try and get this resolved. 

If somebody could help me, I would greatly appreciate it. My new current email is the one linked with this Social ID.

You will need to contact EA support (support.ea.com). They will be able to reset your password and help you change the associated email to a valid one after verifying your user account data.
