I'm doing the protect the weapon smugglers quest for Moire. I've found the smugglers, talked to them, they said "lead the way" and then dont move ><. I've reloading my save file, exiting the game ... no help. My party is moving along fine, but the smugglers wont move. Help?

From the scant detail that you've posted... I don't think you have a real problem. Those guys lag behind quite a bit. The fact that you can talk to them and they talk back suggests the script is not broken. You should go ahead and push on to the end of the alley. If you've cleared it and they still don't advance the plot, that's where a fix is indicated. Fixing the intermediate steps (if even necessary) isn't going to be much help.

I don't think you have much of a problem either. The smugglers don't exactly follow you (like in the way the hostages from the bandit camp do) even after you kill all the thugs in the vicinity. They always stay behind you quite a bit in such a way that, even following you, you probably won't notice them being there until the end. Just keep going and see if anything happens there.

Thirded. I usually side with the thieves, and in my experience the wagon always lags behind. It usually catches up right at the end. You may need to wait thirty seconds, or backtrack a bit to see it coming, but that's it. Don't worry about the interim too much.
